  • WHAT…Significant icing. Additional ice accumulations up to one tenth of an inch. Additional snow and sleet accumulations up to one inch.

  • WHERE…A portion of Northern Lower Michigan.

  • IMPACTS…Extensive damage and power outages are being reported across many areas inside of the warning. Long duration power outages are possible across the areas of heaviest icing.

What to do: Only travel if absolutely necessary. Extensive icing and related damage will make any travel very difficult, if not impossible due to impassible roadways from damage.
