WHAT…For the Wind Advisory, northwest winds 10 to 20 mph with gusts up to 35 mph. For the first Freeze Warning, sub-freezing temperatures as low as 28 expected. For the second Freeze Warning, sub-freezing temperatures as low as 25 expected.
WHERE…Portions of southwest Arkansas, southeast Oklahoma, and northeast Texas.
WHEN…For the Wind Advisory, until 7 PM CDT Monday. For the first Freeze Warning, until 9 AM CDT Monday. For the second Freeze Warning, from midnight Monday Night to 9 AM CDT Tuesday.
IMPACTS…Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result. Frost and freeze conditions could kill crops, other sensitive vegetation and possibly damage unprotected outdoor plumbing.
